I recently moved and took advantage of a coupon I received in the mail from Design Revelation. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and soon after our conversation, I met the designer/owner at my home. She assessed the window and came up with a design while I amused myself, looking for fabrics. She had several books of fabric samples, and I finally selected one. After her approval and a sketch of what it would look like, I signed the ticket and awaited the delivery. It took weeks, naturally, but it was worth the wait. The installer hung them on my own rod-- as requested to save money. I am extremely pleased. The designer also suggested two sofa pillows in the same fabric, which tied all of it into an awesome look. The best experience ever, as it relates to design matters in my home. The sales person was fantastic. The gentlemen that came to take measurements and eventually install the blinds was very professional and pleasant. Later with the instal he was excellent. All time projections were kept by company an no snags at any point. I will be calling them again soon to do the rest of the house (rooms) and will refer them to all my friends and neighbors. This is what quality is about, at any cost. As to pricing, they were reasonable for the product and service - you get what you pay for! DESIGN REVELATION OF FLORIIDA is the place you should go for all things window treatments! I write this ten months after my purchase of custom blinds for my whole house. The purchase and installation process was stellar, but I need to say more because Design Revelation's professionalism and service ethic extends past all that.
